About Edu-Tech

Working with independent schools since 2003.

We support the people, classrooms, and systems that keep your school running.

In the independent-school community

We know the classrooms, budgets, and leadership decisions independent schools work with. Our involvement in school associations keeps us connected to the wider community.

Meet the people behind the work

Our team includes former classroom teachers, technologists, and school technology leaders. Meet the people who work in partner schools and the team that supports them.

A team that works alongside yours

Independent schools manage their own technology, budgets, and staffing. That can leave one person handling support, classroom tools, security, and planning. We give schools access to a team without asking them to hire every specialist themselves.

We start by understanding your systems, how teachers use technology, and where you need help. Then we agree on the right support, whether that means staff on campus, classroom coaching, cybersecurity, or advice on a project.

Our story

A technology coach and teacher work together at an interactive classroom display

Edu-Tech Academic Solutions began in 2003 to meet the technology-support needs of Philadelphia-area independent schools. Schools needed people who understood classrooms and budgets as well as networks.

That still guides our work. Our coaches are experienced teachers, our directors help with leadership and budget decisions, and our support specialists work on campus. Our services have grown to include assessments, cybersecurity, and strategic advice, while our focus remains K-12 schools.

How we work

We get to know your people, work alongside them, and put the school's needs first.

Partners for the long term

We get to know your school and help with day-to-day work as well as longer-term decisions.

Educators first

Our coaches and directors have worked in classrooms and schools. They understand the needs of teachers and school leaders.

Embedded, not outsourced

Our staff work in your school, alongside the teachers, students, and administrators they support.

Protecting school data

Schools hold sensitive information about students, families, and staff. We help them protect it.

Practical innovation

We help schools choose tools that support teaching and learning, rather than buying technology for its own sake.
