ROBERT SAGER - President / Founder
Bob is the founder and current President of Edu-Tech Academic Solutions, PAISBOA’s vendor of choice for technology support, management and training solutions for independent schools throughout the Philadelphia region. Bob has been providing consulting and support services in the commercial advertising and K-12 educational environment for over 24 years.
During this time, he has also developed and presented hundreds of technology based instructional training programs and event lectures in a wide range of subjects, for students ranging in age from 3 to 81 years. This includes eight years of service as an adjunct professor for undergraduate and post-graduate instruction in the College of Education at Arcadia University. Bob holds a B.S. in Elementary Ed/Early Childhood Development and B.A in Political Science & International Studies from The Ohio State University, as well as his M.Ed. in Instructional Technology Integration from Arcadia University.
JOE DUKE - Vice President, Client Services
Joe has been with Edu-Tech since the beginning and fulfills the role of Client Services Director, overseeing the management of our large schools. Joe is a highly certified technology professional with 25 years of experience and multiple certifications from Apple dating back to the Apple IIe.
Joe has an Associates Degree in Electro Mechanical Technology (Robotics) from Upper Bucks Technical School and is currently an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator and Apple Certified Technician. Joe is a Cisco Certified Network Technician (CCENT) currently completing the rigorous training and exam process at Bucks County Community College to become a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)

CAITLIN COPPICK - Classroom Technology Integration Specialist
Cait joined Edu-Tech's team of Instructional Technology Integrators in November 2015, after teaching in a variety of classroom settings. She fulfills her new role at Cornerstone Christian Academy, located in Southwest Philadelphia. At her schools, Cait works with teachers and administrative staff to ensure best practices in technology integration through curriculum planning meetings, faculty training, and implementation. From Smartboards and iPads to Netbooks and iMacs, Cait provides teachers and students with technology guidance and support needed to enhance learning experiences.
Prior to becoming a part of Edu-Tech, Cait began her teaching career at New Foundations Charter School in Northeast Philadelphia, after graduating as a double-major from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education in 2010. She continued her graduate studies at her alma mater, subsequently earning her M.S.Ed. and Instructional Technology Specialist certificate from SJU in 2013. During her time spent as a classroom teacher, Cait has taught 6th grade English/Language Arts, 4th grade, and 5th grade -- experiences which strongly serve her in understanding the needs of educators she works with in her new role.
MOLLY DUGAN - Classroom Technology Integration Specialist
Molly Dugan comes to Edu-Tech with over 20 years of experience providing technology support in the K-12 and higher education environment. Molly holds a B.S. Degree in Textile/Retail Management from the University of Delaware, and in “a previous life” handled international logistics for a leather wholesaler and two large chemical corporations. After returning to school Molly received a M.Ed. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Technology Integration, and is certified as a K-6 teacher in Pennsylvania.
After teaching for a year and a half Molly came to the realization that she preferred being out and about in the building helping teachers and students. By this time teachers had already caught on that she was the “go to “ person for technology questions. From that point forward Molly has held several technology support roles within the Pennsylvania public school system and higher education. Molly has worked closely with teachers of all grade levels helping them effectively utilize technology in their classrooms. Molly’s 20 years of experience also includes data and assistive technology support for special education, network and hardware support, software support and training as well curriculum development and training.
Since starting at Edu-Tech Molly finds her past experiences serve her well as she is able to apply and build upon those on a daily basis.
STEPHANIE FALCONE - Classroom Technology Integration Specialist
Steph has been with Edu-Tech since 2013 and was the first person on the technology integration team. She has her Master’s of Education in Cross-Cultural Teaching from National University and her Bachelor’s of Science in Commercial Recreation Management from Penn State University. She currently holds two valid Pennsylvania teaching certificates: Technology Education K-12 Certification Instructional I and Health K-12 Instructional I.
Steph’s on-site location is with Hill Top Preparatory School where she is the technology integration specialist and technology teacher. She collaborates with teachers to integrate technology into their classrooms, offers weekly ‘Tech Bytes’ during staff meetings, delivers monthly tech trainings, develops learning resources for teachers, parents, and students, manages the Technology Lab, and teaches the following upper school classes: Fundamentals of Web Design, Scratch Programming, and Digital Creation. Steph as been teaching in the classrooms for 10 years and specifically working with technology since 2009. She is proficient with a multitude of Web 2.0 tools, Google Apps for Education, Comic Life, Scratch Programming, iWork, iLove, iMovie, Microsoft Office, and Inspiration 9.
KAREN HUANG - Director of Technology Integration Services
Karen has been working in both public and private education for fifteen years, and joined Edu-Tech in 2014. She holds a B.A. in Education and Child Study from Smith College, and is a licensed teacher in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Karen's passion in using technology creatively in the classroom makes her a natural fit for the role as a technology integration specialist. She is innovative and resourceful in helping teachers effectively use technology to improve student engagement and learning. She differentiates training for teachers' professional growth by providing hands-on group training and one-on-one sessions. Karen’s experience as a parent, teacher, and technology coach have allowed her to develop a strong sense of best educational practices. Those skills, coupled with her technology expertise, enable her to create and provide practical, easy-to-implement ideas to help teachers and students reach their full potential in their learning.
Karen is a Google Certified Trainer and has also been trained in implementing Responsive Classroom, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and Adaptive Schools. At Edu-Tech, in addition to overseeing the tech integration support program, she trains our clients in GSuite for Education, Chromebooks, Smartboards, and iPads.
ELLEN O'CONNELL - Classroom Technology Integration Specialist
Ellen views every interaction as a chance to share what she knows, and to learn something new. She loves finding ways to empower educators and students to trust themselves and their use of technology. This helps people develop their capacity to solve problems and explore opportunities on their own. Ellen has a B.S. in Computer Science and M.A.T. in Secondary Education Mathematics with PA teaching certification in mathematics. During her career Ellen has managed the help desk at American University, written the scoring programs for medical doctors' licensure exams, taught computer basics in San Salvador, El Salvador, merged databases for nonprofits and taught technology to students in grades 1-8. She currently works at the French International School as a Technology Integration Specialist.
Ellen has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, is fluent in Spanish, is a certified yoga teacher, and loves hiking and biking with her husband and 2 sons.

STEVE BLAYLOCK - Training Program Manager
Steve began working for Edu-Tech in early 2012 as one of our Microsoft Certified Applications Instructors. Today, Steve manages the operations of our faculty and staff development center “The Edu-Tech Academy”. Steve also remains involved in the instruction of classes at our training facility, handling the instruction of several classes in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite.
In addition, Steve serves as the primary resource for website development, ongoing site management and Google SEO/Analytics for our schools.
DAVE BRUBAKER - Academic Systems Director
SCOTT DAVIS - Technology Support Engineer II
Scott began working at Edu-Tech in early 2013 and brings with him over 16 years of experience in both Mac and Windows support. Before joining Edu-Tech, Scott worked for several years in the higher education sector, providing end-user support for teachers and students at both the University of Texas and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Scott provides technology support services for faculty, staff and students at our large schools.
SEAN DOLBEC - Technology Support Engineer
Sean joined Edu-Tech in mid 2015 bringing with him 5 years experience being a technology manager for a non-profit Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, and sole support technician for Software and Hardware repairs, and custom coding. He has 3 years managing Best Buy computer sales department, inventory, and working with Geek Squad in Bridgewater NJ.
He currently teaches a technology class at Hill Top Preparatory School and has experience integrating Windows, Apple, and Linux into networked environments. He holds certifications from Apple and Google.
BRIAN KELLY - Technology Support & Integration Specialist
Brian joined the team in January of 2017. He has his Master’s in Elementary Education (K-6) and has his B.A. in Business/Marketing. He has a teaching and technical background and enjoys the challenge of integrating technology with education.
TOM KIENLE - Senior Technical Services Engineer
Tom has worked with Edu-Tech since 2006, providing hardware and software support for faculty, staff and students within our client schools. Tom is also responsible for maintaining and performing certified hardware repair services on a wide variety of hardware products at our schools, including servers, workstations, one to one student laptops, printers and copiers.
With over 20 years of academic technology experience and certification in Apple hardware repair and a wide variety of commercial printer products, Tom is a great resource for solving many of the problems our clients encounter.
JOHN LAURO - Director of Technology, Support Services
John has over 25 years experience supporting the technology needs of small to large businesses, as well as managed small to large scale projects and scope development. He studied Computer Engineering Technology at Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, PA and Secondary Education/Mathematics at Bloomsburg University, PA.
John has worked mostly in the Philadelphia area but has also worked in Houston, TX and on military bases in Northern Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom - maintaining satellite connectivity for private contractor personnel. He enjoyed assisting others with technical issues, application development, database maintenance, digital photography, video editing, establishing reliable network connectivity, and any other area where technology can assist in growth and development - both professionally and personally.
BARBARA LEE - Technology Services Manager
A techno-hybrid, Barbara lives at the intersection of technology, information, and design. Comfortable in each of those worlds, she teaches others how to navigate what they often perceive to be the hostile or stressful world of computing, and helps teachers integrate technology with curriculum. Happiest wearing many hats, she is a quick study, a storyteller, an information wrangler, and works best with many responsibilities.
Barbara studied English at Colby College in Waterville, ME and graphic design and typography at The Museum School in Boston and the School of Visual Arts in New York. When she has time, she performs in a rock and roll band.
KEITH WADSWORTH - Technology Service and Support Engineer
Keith joined Edu-Tech in early 2017, an Apple Certified Mac Technician coming from the Genius position at Apple Inc. Keith spent his time at Apple taking point on a plethora of new processes that were implemented as well as instructing teammates on new workflows. He comes to Edu-Tech to manage the device repair journey and provide excellent turnaround time because limited technological downtime is critical in the world of education.
